Q. What is the approved storage method for the Annual Health and Medical Record (AHMR)?
A. Council Events/Activities:  At the conclusion of each event or activity the AHMR hard copy will be retained and stored by the council in a secure location to protect personal information.  There will also be an electronic resource in the future called CampDoc designed to store and retain AHMR records. All units will be granted access, details are being negotiated with the vendor.
Unit Activities:  Units are encouraged to follow council procedures regarding the storage and retaining of AHMR forms.
Q. Anyone over 60 years or with underlying conditions is considered ‘vulnerable’ and must secure a doctors release  – Is this per event or on an annual basis?
A. On an annual basis or whenever medical conditions change for each individual.
Q. Is the required Doctor Release Form available yet?
A. Yes.  The link for the Supplemental Medical Release Form is here
Q. Will there be a separate waiver form for youth and adult members?
A. Yes.
Q. Is Part C required for youth and adult members participating in unit, district or council activities and events?
A. No. Part C of the Annual Health and Medical Record is only required for activities, events, summer camp lasting more than 72 hours.
Q. Will PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and supplies be provided for Scouts and leaders to conduct general cleaning duties at the camp facilities?
A. This will be dictated by regulations that have not been issued by state specified agencies.
Q. Will programming be allowed in the Fall of 2020?
A It is our desire.  We are awaiting further guidance from the state regulated agencies to determine a path forward.
Q. How soon will COVID-19 restrictions be lifted or reduced?

Q. Our troop is planning some camping activities.  Are we permitted to schedule 6 days and 5 nights of camping?  In one location?
A. We are awaiting further guidance from the state regulated agencies to determine a path forward.
Q. When will Camp Rotary, D-Bar-A, Gerber Scout Reservation, Camp Teetonkah, and Cole Canoe Base be available for reserving tent camping and cabins for weekend camping?

Q. Will COVID-19 post shelter requirements (ie: PPE, cleaning, retaining copies of medical forms, etc.) apply to less than 72 hour division, district or unit activities?
A. Yes.
Q. When will the COVID waivers and doctors release forms be available?
A. The Youth Waivers and Adult Waivers are now available.
Q. Where are all the forms going to be stored so my info is not available for dissemination and stolen identity?
A. Council:  At the conclusion of each event or activity the AHMR hard copy will be retained and stored by the council in a secure location to protect personal information.

Q. How long are Annual Health and Medical Record (AHMR) and waivers required to be kept on file?
A. 12 months from the date of the event unless treatment is required and then the forms are kept permanently.
